Top 10 Facts - Fallout 4

Top 10 Facts - Fallout 4

Fact #1 :

Fallout 4 is an action role-playing video game developed by Bethesda Game Studios and published by Bethesda Softworks. It is the fifth major installment in the Fallout series, the game was released worldwide on November 10, 2015 for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
Fallout 4 is set in a post-apocalyptic Boston in the year 2287, 210 years after a devastating nuclear war.
The player character emerges from an underground nuclear fallout shelter known as Vault 111, and subsequently explores the world, completes various quests and acquires experience points to level up their character. It is the first game in the series to feature full voice acting for the protagonist.
Fallout 4 received positive reviews from critics with many praising the world depth, player freedom, overall amount of content, crafting, and soundtrack. The game shipped 12 million units and generated $750 million (USD) within the first 24 hours of its launch. The game received numerous awards and nominations from various gaming publications, including the Academy of Interactive Arts & Sciences and British Academy Games Awards, making it both a commercial and critical success.

Fact #2 : Gameplay

Fallout 4's gameplay is similar to that of Fallout 3 and Fallout: New Vegas, the previous two main entries in the series.
Returning features include a camera that can switch between a first-person and third-person perspective, and the ability to roam anywhere on the map. Fallout 4 introduces new features including a layered armor system, base-building, a dynamic dialogue system featuring 111,000 lines of dialogue, an in-depth crafting system which implements every lootable object in the game, and much more. Enemies such as mole rats, raiders, super-mutants, deathclaws, and feral ghouls return in Fallout 4, along with the companion Dogmeat.
Players have the ability to roam anywhere on the map, and leave a conversation at any time. They have the ability to customize weapons; the game includes over 50 base guns, which can be crafted with a variety of modifications, such as barrel types and laser focus, with over 700 modifications available. Power Armor has been redesigned to be more like a vehicle than an equipable suit of armor, and can be modified, allowing players to add items such as a jetpack or selecting separate types of armor for each part of the suit. A new feature to the series is the ability to craft and deconstruct settlements and buildings.
Players can select some in-game objects and structures, and use them to freely build their own structures. In addition, the towns can be powered with working electricity, using a dynamic power line system. Merchants and non-player characters can inhabit the player's settlements, for which the player must provide sustenance by growing food in makeshift patches and building water spouts. Players can build various defenses around their settlements, such as turrets and traps, to defend against random attacks.
When using V.A.T.S., real-time action is slowed down, and players can see the probability of hitting each body part of the enemies through percentage ratio
The Pip-Boy, a personal computing device strapped to the character's wrist, allows the player to access a menu with statistics, maps, data, and items. Players can find game cartridges, which can be played on the Pip-Boy. Another returning gameplay feature is the Vault-Tec Assisted Targeting System (V.A.T.S.), which plays an important part in combat. While using V.A.T.S., real-time combat is slowed down, and action is played out from varying camera angles in a computer graphics version of "bullet time".
Various actions cost action points, limiting the actions of each combatant during a period of time, and the player can target specific body parts for attacks to inflict specific injuries; head shots can be used for quick kills or blinding, legs can be targeted to slow enemy movement, and opponents can be disarmed by shooting at their weapons. Unlike previous games, in which the player had a random chance to inflict a critical hit, they are now performed manually through V.A.T.S. At the beginning of the game, players are given points to spend on a character progression system called S.P.E.C.I.A.L.. The system represents seven statistics, namely strength, perception, endurance, charisma, intelligence, agility and luck. When players earn enough experience points to gain a new level, they unlock a new ability. When players allocate more points to a stat, more abilities can be unlocked. These perks can also be upgraded to improve the protagonist's efficiency and to further unlock new abilities. There are about 275 perks available for players to unlock. There is no level cap and the game does not end once the main story is complete.
The series also allows for the player to have a companion character follow and assist them, similar in style to Fallout 3 and Fallout: New Vegas. There are thirteen possible companions, seven of which (Dogmeat, Codsworth, Preston Garvey, Piper Wright, Nick Valentine, John Hancock, and Deacon) must be encountered during the main quests, although only Dogmeat is required to join. For the first time in the series, these companions can interact with the environment on the player character's behalf. For example, if the player character does not have required skills to hack a terminal or pick a lock, they can order the companion to do it for them. The player may only travel with one companion at a time, although the player is accompanied by other characters in certain quests. A few companions are able to be romanced by the player regardless of gender. Some recruitable companions also provide additional perks for the player, such as Codsworth, who provides bonus Energy Resistance.

Fact #3 : Setting

Fallout 4 takes place in the year 2287, ten years after the events of Fallout 3 and 210 years after a Resource War over natural resources that ended in a nuclear holocaust in 2077. The setting is a post-apocalyptic retro-future, covering a region that includes Boston, Massachusetts and other parts of New England known as "The Commonwealth". Unlike the previous titles, Fallout 4's story begins on the day the bombs dropped: October 23, 2077. The player's character (voiced by either Brian T. Delaney or Courtenay Taylor) takes shelter in Vault 111, emerging exactly 210 years later, on October 23, 2287.
The game takes place in an alternate version of history that sees the 1940s' and 1950s' aesthetics, design and technology advance in the directions imagined at the time. The resulting universe is thus a retro-futuristic one, where the technology has evolved enough to produce laser weapons, manipulate genes and create nearly-autonomous artificial intelligence, but all within the confines of 1950s' solutions like the widespread use of atomic power and vacuum tubes, as well as having the integrated circuitry of the digital age. The architecture, advertisements and general living styles are also depicted to be largely unchanged since the 1950s, while including contemporary products, such as a robotic rocking horse for children in one advertisement, or posters for the underground vaults that play a central role in the storyline of the game.

Fact #4 : Story ( Spoiler Alert ! )

The story begins on the morning of October 23, 2077 in Sanctuary Hills, with the player character, their spouse (Nate or Nora depending on the player character's gender), their son Shaun, and their robotic butler, Codsworth. As the player character is preparing for an event at the Veteran's Hall in Cambridge, a representative from Vault-Tec comes to inform them that their family is approved for admittance into Vault 111, the local fallout shelter. An imminent nuclear attack forces the family to rush to the Vault, narrowly avoiding death. Upon entering the Vault, the player character and family are tricked into entering cryogenic tubes by the Vault-Tec staff and frozen alive. After an unknown period of time, the player character and their spouse are re-awakened by two unknown individuals, and the player witnesses Shaun's kidnapping and their spouse's murder. The player is put back into cryo-sleep, but manages to get free of the cryo-tube at some point later when the life support system malfunctions. The player discovers that they are the sole survivor of Vault 111, and vows to avenge their spouse's death and find Shaun.
The player character, known as the Sole Survivor, heads home to find Sanctuary Hills in ruins. The Sole Survivor meets a distraught Codsworth, revealing to the Survivor that over 210 years have passed since they were frozen in the Vault. Codsworth suggests that the player character to go to Concord for help, where the Sole Survivor rescues Preston Garvey—one of the last of the Commonwealth Minutemen—and his band of settlers from a group of raiders. After assisting Garvey and his group, the player is recommended to travel to Diamond City, a settlement based in the ruins of Fenway Park, where they meet Piper, an intrepid reporter. From her they learn about a secretive organization called the Institute terrifying the Commonwealth, kidnapping people from their homes and sometimes replacing them with "synths," synthetic human beings indistinguishable from real humans.
The Sole Survivor seeks out Nick Valentine, a detective based in Diamond City, to locate their son, but soon learns that Valentine went missing two weeks ago. After finding Valentine—revealed to be a second-generation synth, a sophisticated biomechanical android—the player uncovers the identity of their spouse's killer, a man named Conrad Kellogg. The Sole Survivor tracks down Kellogg and learns from him that Shaun is currently in the Institute. The player kills Kellogg, avenging their spouse's murder, and retrieves a cybernetic implant from his brain, then heads to Goodneighbor to seek help from Doctor Amari—a scientist skilled in neuroscience—to access the dead mercenary's memories. During their hunt for Kellogg, the Survivor also witnesses the Brotherhood of Steel arriving in the Commonwealth with the Prydwen, their mobile airship headquarters, and has the option to travel to Boston Airport to offer their assistance to the Brotherhood in the fight against the Institute.
After viewing Kellogg's memories, the Sole Survivor is then tasked to go to the Glowing Sea—the ground zero of the nuclear blast shown early in the game—to find Brian Virgil, an ex-Institute scientist, to get help infiltrating the Institute. According to Virgil, the only way to enter or exit the Institute is with a teleportation chip that only Institute Coursers—trained synth killers—possess. The player must then track down and kill a Courser in order to obtain the chip.
The Sole Survivor tracks down the secretive Railroad organization for assistance decoding the chip. The Railroad is dedicated to rescuing synths from the Institute, believing them to be oppressed by their creators and mistreated by the inhabitants of the Commonwealth. After they decode the chip for the player, the Railroad asks for their assistance in fighting the Institute, in which the player can accept or decline.
Virgil provides the blueprints for a device to hijack the Institute's Molecular Relay signal and teleport into the Institute using the chip data. The Sole Survivor has the choice to ally with the Minutemen, the Railroad, or the Brotherhood to construct the relay device. The player successfully enters the Institute, where they discover that their son Shaun is now an old man and the director of the Institute. Shaun reveals that he was kidnapped from the Vault as a specimen for synth experiments thanks to his pure pre-war DNA, and that the Sole Survivor remained in stasis for a further sixty years before being awoken again. Shaun later reveals that he is dying of cancer and wishes for the player to take up his role as Institute Director and continue the organization's plans for the future of the Commonwealth.

Fact #5 : Endings ( Another Spoiler xD )

The player then faces a choice to determine the future of the Commonwealth. They can side with Shaun by siding with the Institute:
  • The Institute – the player must handle internal issues within the Institute, which was caused by Father's announcement making the Sole Survivor the next director of the organization. Siding with the Institute will lead the Sole Survivor to initiate a purge in the Commonwealth, wiping out the Railroad and the Brotherhood, who pose threats to their progress.
Or they can go against Shaun by siding with one of three other factions:
  • The Brotherhood of Steel – siding with the Brotherhood will lead the Sole Survivor to rebuild Liberty Prime (last seen in Fallout 3) to be used as a weapon to destroy the Institute. The player must also lead an attack on the Railroad headquarters to wipe out the organization, as they pose a tactical threat to the Brotherhood's ultimate goal of wiping out synthetic life from the Commonwealth. After reactivating Liberty Prime, the Brotherhood of Steel leads a charge against the Institute and blows up its nuclear reactor.
  • The Railroad – siding with the Railroad will lead the Sole Survivor to go undercover in the Institute and meet with a man codenamed Patriot, to devise a plan to free all the synths and destroy the Institute. The Railroad also deems the Brotherhood of Steel a threat to the freed synths and devises a plan coded "Red Rockets Glare", a plan to bring down the Prydwen and destroy the Brotherhood of Steel.
  • The Minutemen – siding with the Minutemen will lead the Sole Survivor to rebuild the Minutemen in order to create an army to fight the Institute. Once the Minutemen is restored to its former strength, the player is then tasked to bring the battle to the Institute (and the Brotherhood of Steel if they are hostile) in order to protect the Commonwealth.
Fact #6 : Rumors and hoaxes

In 2008, Pete Hines of Bethesda Softworks stated: "The whole reason we went out and acquired the license and that we now own Fallout is that we clearly intended to make more than one. This is not something we're going to do once and then go away and never do it again. When that will be or how long that will be God only knows, but we acquired it specifically because we wanted to own it and develop it and work on it like we do with The Elder Scrolls."
On January 8, 2013, Fallout 3 voice actor Erik Dellums hinted via Twitter that his character, Three Dog, would be returning. In a follow-up tweet, he stated, "I was given permission to release that tease". However, in July of the same year, Dellums tweeted that the game he is working on is not being produced by Bethesda Softworks, therefore it was not the anticipated new Fallout title.
On November 13, 2013, an alleged ZeniMax-funded website, thesurvivor2299.com, was created. The site contained several coded messages and morse code, and most notably a timer believed to be counting down to an announcement or teaser trailer for Fallout 4, which was also done with Fallout 3; the messages and morse code was in turn translated by several Fallout fansites. On December 6, Bethesda responded in regards to the site stating; "PSA: If you don't hear it through an official channel like this, assume all rumors and speculation are false". The site was revealed to be a hoax shortly thereafter.
In December 2013, Kotaku reported that Fallout 4 was indeed in development, having obtained leaked voice casting documents which they had confirmed to be real. The leaked documents indicated that the game would be set in Boston and described a mission set in "The Institute", a post-apocalyptic version of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. The documents referenced areas mentioned but not shown in previous Fallout titles. The voice script page that was leaked begins with the usual introductory line spoken by Ron Perlman: "War. War never changes". In February 2014, Bethesda game director Todd Howard was asked about new game announcements in which he replied: "We don't have a timeframe for our next game announcement, but I think it's gonna be a while".
Following the announcement of Fallout 4, there was renewed interest in a June 2014 Reddit post by a user named SandraReed, who claimed to have played Fallout 4. She stated that she used to be a Bethesda employee and was fired for leaking information about the game. In her post, SandraReed stated that the protagonist would have a speaking role and that the game would support the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. Kotaku noted that many of the details have proven to be incorrect, and most of those that were correct had already been covered earlier in the leaked details from Kotaku's 2013 article.

Alright , here's the bad joke xD

Fact #7 : Switch Perspective In Conversations

First or third person? Answers in the comments - you tend to only fall into one of two camps, before venomously defending it from the opposition.
Fallout 4 has seen a ton of refinements done to the general feel and speed of both modes, but the one-button perspective switch (touchpad on PS4) can still be used after the new conversation camera has taken over.
If you tap it when anyone's talking, you can then access your Pip-Boy to rummage through your inventory or save, the conversation being resumable once you're finished.

Fact #8 : Sit Or Lie Down To Wait & Speed Up The Day

Alright , this is a weird one to intentionally obscure from the player, specifically because at any time you might wish to change up the time of day to alter anything from visibility during a mission, NPC movement or shop opening times.
Fallout 3 and New Vegas had the option on a single button, but in Fallout 4 you have to find somewhere to either sit or lie down - which reconciles your waiting to most settlements.
Definitely a strange decision in comparison to the last handful of titles Bethesda have put out, but at least you'll be right next to your barterer of choice once you wake up.

Fact #9 : Use V.A.T.S. To Shoot Grenades Out The Sky

The new faster sense of gunplay lends itself to getting stuck in and blowing apart as many enemies as possible, as fast as you can - meaning V.A.T.S. can take a bit of a backseat to the action.
However, it has multiple hidden uses other than just limb-targeting and slow-motion finishers, one of which is literally being able to shoot grenades or other thrown explosives/weapons clean out the sky.
You'll have to be fast on the button to trigger it, but thankfully the grenade indicator pops up on your screen as soon as the item leaves someone else's hand, so fire off V.A.T.S., lock on and blow it away right in front of their faces.
Is there anything more badass than that?

Fact #10 : Lone Wanderer Still Works With Dogmeat As A Companion

Although the text reads "Who needs friends anyway?" and your canine companion is clearly man's (or woman's) best by default, Dogmeat simply doesn't count as a full-on companion like the others.
So, if you tend to think of Fallout as a fairly solo experience anyway - and who can blame you, when the companion A.I. is about as likely to get stuck in a door as fire a shot to save your skin - snap up this perk.
You'll need Charisma level 3 to get it, which at its first level will get you 15% reduced damage and 50 more carry weight before being over-encumbered. Afterwards, at level 17 that percentage of damage reduction changes to 20% as carry weight goes to 100, before level 40 nets you a tasty 25% damage boost across all weapons.
Not making a sense ? I know but That's a Fact okay ?

Fact #1 : The characters name
Even though his name is never spoken you find out that the protagonist’s name is Mike Schmidt. It’s written on the paycheck after completing the fifth and sixth night. Oddly the name Mike Schmidt can’t be found anywhere within the coding of the game.
“By signing here, you agree to follow all rules and guidelines for working at Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza. Please use a pen and ink, Mr. Mike… what was your surname again?”
Fact #2 : You may work overtime and earn more money
But how much will you earn for your overtime? Just 50 cents, hardly enough for such a dangerous job.
“Congratulations, sport! You’ve earned some overtime!” says the check after completing the sixth night
Interesting Facts about Five Nights at Freddy’s overtime

Fact #3 :  After the seventh night you get fired
Apparently there reason is odor. Maybe Schmidt may have uncontrollably soiled himself from fear.

Fact #5 : True Story of The Bite Of '87

Freddy Fazbear's Pizza, a magical place for kids and grown-ups alike, where fantasy and fun come to life. At least the ad says so.
In reality, the place is not that great. You know. The pizza tastes like cupboard, and it’s not really that fun in here. But maybe it is only me. Anyway… The pizzeria is obviously not famous for its pizza, but the animatronic band. There is Bonnie the Bunny, Chica the Chicken, Foxy the Fox and of course, Freddy Fazbear. These things make the whole PR. They attract a lot of kids. But not only kids.
The animatronics also attracted a grown-up man named Simon Pattings. This guy can be described with one word… Weirdo. He looks weird, he acts weird and he also smells weird for some reason. But Freddy’s chef, Mason Saints, hired him anyway. Of course, because Simon almost works for free and also does the night shift. Mason didn’t understand why he was so urged to work here, but he also didn’t want to find out.
The real reason behind Simon appliance was not the money. The strange simon was, the reason was straight up bizarre, even for him.
Simon is neither straight nor gay. Simon is object sexual. He loves object.
And Simon fell in love with the Animatronics. That’s the reason, why he spends his whole day in the Pizzeria. Honestly, he even likes the night shift more, so he can be alone with his loved ones.

Mason Saint had a daughter, which was 12 years old. Too old to like the pizzeria, with its stupid childish robot plushies. But sadly, she was forced to stay with her dad in the pizzeria. So she invited friend, once in a while.
They were at the party room right before the show starts.
“Hello kids. And welcome to Freddy Fazbears Pizza. The show is about to begin. My friends and me would love to sing you a song. I hope you enjoy it.”, said Freddy.
The group of 6 kids were bored. Saints daughter, thinks she is untouchable because her dad owns the place. So she climbs up stage.
“Hello child. I would love to hug you, but you are not allowed on the stage”, said Chica.
“Shut up. Hey stupid chicken, can you do something more funny? I am talking to you! IT’S ME! I own you!”
She pushed Chica.
Her father was too busy to notice.
The other kids joined her. Starting to wrestle with the robotics, pushing them, twisting their limbs. Nobody dared to interfere. The children who were celebrating birthdays there, liked it.

As Simon entered the room, to collect the plates, he was shocked. Nobody can treat his precious like this. He ran to the stage.
“Hey, you snatches, come down here”
But the girl replied, “You work for my father. You don’t tell me what to do.”
Simon in rage, took her arm and pulled her down the stage. She fell and hurt her knee, and she started crying. But Simon still wanted to hurt her, so he hauled off.
Mason Saints grabbed his arm.
“What the hell are you doing? What did you do to my daughter?”

In Saints office Simon tried to explain, what happened and that he can’t be blamed for what happened. But Saints was mad at him.
“I would fire you, but we are short in employees so… You are on thin ice. Now leave and go back to work. And stay away from the animatronics. You spend too much time near the stage”
As Simon was about to leave the office to start his night shift, Saints says:
“Don’t you ever let that happen again!”
“I won’t!”
.
.
.

“I won’t”, he whispered.
The night shift will be enough time. Simon has a degree in animatronic, which is also a reason why he loves the characters so much.
He can be really genius if he has enough motivation. In five nights he upgraded all the animatronics. He called his work the ASDM. The Animatronic Self Defense Mechanism.
It’s basically a remote with spinner switch for every character, to control the level of their aggression. On a scale from 0 to 20. Where 0 is completely harmless and 20 is hunting down every living thing in the pizzeria.
He switched every character to 1. Which means gently pushing back people if they are messing with them.
It didn’t take much time to be needed, one week later. Simon was sitting in his office watching the stage with cameras. Saints daughter, Rebecca was back with her gang.
“Hey Rebecca. You know last time. We showed this robots who is boss”
“Yeah, I know it was fun. But my boss hired a psycho. We can’t do it again”
“Common. You are the boss in here, right?”
“Right…”
“Rebecca, I will do it”

The kid stepped onto the stage of Foxy the Pirate Fox.
“Hey Foxy. What’s up?”
“Arrr. Step down the stage or I willmake you walk down the pla- pla- pla- nk. Arr”
Foxy sounds kinda glitchy. Simon watched tensioned.
“I think the thing is broken”
The kid stepped closer.
Foxy pushed him back. He was surprised.
“What the f*ck? The f*cking robot pushed me”
The kid tried to punch Foxy but Foxy just countered. Which made the kid angrier.

Meanwhile in the office, Simon just watched amused.
“Let’s see, if the little ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, can take in what he gives out”
Simon wanted to switch to level 3 but he accidently pushed to 8.
“Oh no”
The switch was stuck on 8.

“You can’t push me you, f*cking robot!”
The kid ran towards Foxy.
*Crack*
“Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaw!”
All customers looked to Pirates Cove. And what they saw was unbelievable.
Foxy, one of the beloved characters, had his mouth wide open. And between the sharp teeth. The head of the child.
He screamed and screamed but Foxy didn’t let go.
The screaming stopped shortly after, as the kid dropped down. But a part of his head remained between the teeth of Foxy.

Simon knew what this meant for him. He was already suspected, so he ran.
He sneaked into the cellar as everybody was distracted by the injured kid. He wanted to take all the things out of his locker to leave as less traces as possible. But he found something else too.
Two years ago Freddy was malfunction and had to be repaired. So a human being replaced the animatronic. He had to wear a Freddy Fazbear Costume. Which looked pretty much like the robot one.
But after 2 years the costume looked… different. Brighter. The fur almost looked… Golden.

Fact #6 : Foxy

here are some things about foxy: - foxy "witnessed" the killing of the 5 kids
- foxy is the only anamatronic in the first game to have an irregular jaw
- foxy ties into the song ready ame fire by imageine dragons
- foxy is the only anamatronic active on night 8
- it is debatable weather foxy is trying to help you in the first game
- foxy is the only anamatronic to have a spasific occupation (pirate)
- foxy is most likely the cause of the bite of 87
- foxy is the only anamatronic to have bolth the new and old vertions disabled in the second game
- the endoskeleton that appears infront of the marionettes box is a vertion of foxy
- foxy is the only anamatronic that makes an entrance different from the others in bolth games
- foxy is the only anamatronic that directly benifits from ballon boy
- foxy sings in the first game
- toy foxy (mangle) originaly had a parrot on his sholder

Fact #7 : Chica

Chica is one of the four main antagonists in Five Nights at Freddy's. Chica is an animatronic children's entertainer housed at Freddy Fazbear's Pizza, along with Freddy Fazbear and Bonnie. She is the backup singer standing on the right-side in Freddy's band. At midnight, she is left in a "free roaming mode" until 6 AM, to prevent her servos from locking up.
Along with the other animatronics, Chica will attempt to forcefully stuff any human seen after hours into a Freddy Fazbear suit, resulting in death. Chica starts the night on the Show Stage. When she leaves the Show Stage, Chica may then go to the Kitchen, Restrooms, Dining Area, and East Hall.
Her movements are somewhat random, but she will always approach from the right side. The player can activate the Hall Lights to check if she's in the blind spot.
As Chica gets closer to The Office, her jaw opens wider as she nears. Chica also seems to twitch wildly when she's at the East Hall Corner, though this only occurs on the fourth, fifth, and sixth night, as well as on the Custom Night.
She's also the only animatronic who can access the Kitchen area on the first two nights (as Freddy, who is the only other animatronic who enters the Kitchen, does not become active until the third night). A clashing of pots and pans will be audible, and Chica will not be visible in any other room.

 Trivia :
  • Chica is often the second animatronic to move, after Bonnie, though she has been known to commonly leave the Show Stage before Bonnie, especially on later nights.
  • Chica is the second least active animatronic during the earlier nights.
  • Chica has a second set of teeth in the back of her mouth. While these most likely belong to her endoskeleton, some theorize that they belong to a human being, the most popular being Phone Guy, though every single animatronic in the game has endoskeleton teeth inside of their costume.
  • Chica is the only original animatronic lacking ears.
  • She and Bonnie both make an odd, almost human-like groaning noise when they are near or inside The Office itself. There are many theories that address this, including theories that speculated that the voice belongs to the Phone Guy, or that the teeth and human-like voice could possibly be from one of the five children from The Missing Children Incident. However, as previously mentioned, the teeth inside Chica's mouth belong to the endoskeleton, and are also present on every other animatronic. Additionally, the sound she emits could simply be her artificial voice box (a device that singing animatronics must have to actually sing) malfunctioning as the animatronics are almost 20+ years old and have not been maintained.
    • However, it seems unlikely that a voice box can mimic such organic sounds, even if the voice box was malfunctioning.

Fact #8 : Bonnie

Bonnie is known for coming and returning to The Office more frequently than the other animatronics, and, like Foxy, he only approaches from the left side - though their similarities end there. He will stare through the doorway into The Office, unlike Chica, who looks through the window. As opposed to Chica, Bonnie usually shows up at the door more frequently, but leaves more quickly than Chica, thus draining less power.
On some nights, if the player does not look at Bonnie on the Show Stage, he will not move from that location. Although this is one of the best methods for surviving after Night 2, using this method leaves the player unable to check on Pirate Cove (as the Show Stage is the default camera when opening the Monitor), leaving the player vulnerable to an attack from Foxy.
On the 4th, 5th, 6th, and 7th nights, while standing in front of the camera outside The Office (CAM 2B), Bonnie's head and jaw twitch violently in a very paranormal manner. The Robotvoice sound byte can be heard while he is twitching, even if the player is not looking at him directly on the Monitor. These paranormal behaviors are also exhibited by Chica.
When Bonnie enters The Office while the player is viewing the cameras, quiet, raspy, groan-like noises are audible. Once the player lowers the camera view and returns to The Office, Bonnie will attack them and cause a Game Over. The same noises can also be heard in this situation if Chica is waiting to attack. Bonnie and Chica are capable of forcing the player to lower the Monitor to attack, meaning the night guard cannot necessarily survive by continuing to view the Monitor until 6 AM as previously thought.
Unlike Chica, who can only travel to adjacent rooms throughout the building, Bonnie appears to possess supposed teleportation abilities, which is noticeable with Cheat Mode enabled. This is seemingly responsible for him appearing at The Office door far more often than Chica does. Additionally, Bonnie is also capable of temporarily disabling the cameras as he moves to another area, as is Chica.

Trivia :
  • More rooms are exclusive to Bonnie than any other animatronic. These include the Backstage, the Supply Closet, and the West Hall Corner.
  • Bonnie is usually the first animatronic to move and approach the player's doors.
  • On Nights 1 to 3, Bonnie is more active than the other animatronics, as he is generally the first to leave the Show Stage.
  • More rooms are exclusive to Bonnie than any other animatronic. These include the Backstage, the Supply Closet, and the West Hall Corner.
  • Bonnie is usually the first animatronic to move and approach the player's doors.
  • Scott informally confirming Bonnie as a male
Scott Cawthon (informally) confirming that Bonnie is, in fact, male.
Bonnie is often mistaken as a female, as "Bonnie" is a traditionally feminine name. This was proven false by a presumably unintentional confirmation by Scott Cawthon.
  • On Nights 1 to 3, Bonnie is more active than the other animatronics, as he is generally the first to leave the Show Stage.
  • Interestingly, when Bonnie is in the Backstage, he seems to take no heed to the metal animatronic skeleton sitting on the table, which clearly lacks a suit. Though Phone Guy claims the animatronics would put costumes on bare animatronic skeletons because it is supposedly "against the rules" to be without a suit, Bonnie does not acknowledge the endoskeleton backstage and obviously chooses to focus on the night guard, contradicting the former security guard's statements.
    • However, this may be because the backstage area is full of spare parts, and, as such, a bare animatronic skeleton is not out of place there.
    • Another reason as to why Bonnie does not pay attention to the animatronic skeleton is because, as stated by Phone Guy in the third game, the animatronics have digital map layouts, and that, because of this, Bonnie knows not to pay attention to the endoskeleton Backstage.

 Fact #9 : Freddy Fazbear

Freddy starts the night on the Show Stage, along with his bandmates, Bonnie and Chica. Upon activation, he will follow a set path from the Show Stage to The Office. The path is as follows:
Show Stage → Dining Area → Restrooms → Kitchen → East Hall → East Hall Corner → The Office.
Unlike the other animatronics, he will remain in dark areas of the room he is occupying, leaving mostly his eyes and parts of his face visible. This implies that Freddy is avoiding the cameras as much as possible or, as Phone Guy states, this may be because Freddy is more active in the dark.
Freddy will not be visible if another animatronic is in the same room as him. Viewing Freddy on the security cameras will slow him on his path, even if he is not visible in the room due to Bonnie or Chica's presence.
Freddy will play his jingle either when he is in the Kitchen, where he is not visible as that room's camera is disabled, or in The Office when the power is out and the player has no means of warding him off.
   Trivia :

  • The music that Freddy plays is a musical box rendition of Georges Bizet's Votre toast, je peux vous le rendre (the Toreador Song) from the opera "Carmen".
    • The fact that Freddy's tune can be heard in Night 4's phone call, implies that Freddy could have been involved in the death of Phone Guy.
  • Technically, Freddy does have the ability to run like Foxy, as the sounds heard when he moves involve running footsteps though he is never seen doing so.
  • If one looks closely at Freddy on the Show Stage after Chica or Bonnie have left, it can be seen that his "endoskeleton eyes" are in place of his regular eyes.
    • The same applies to Chica after Bonnie has left.
  • In the first game, Freddy is the only animatronic to approach and enter The Office from both sides (the East Hall in his standard attack, and the West Hall if the player runs out of power).
  • Freddy is one of seven characters in the Five Nights at Freddy's series to have more than one jumpscare. The others are Springtrap, Nightmare Freddy, Nightmare Bonnie, Nightmare Chica (if her cupcake's jumpscare is counted), Nightmare Foxy, and Nightmare Mangle (if their jumpscares from the closet are counted).
  • In Freddy's second jumpscare (when he enters The Office without the power going out), his regular white-and-blue eyes can be seen for a split second before switching over to the black endoskeleton eyes that last for the duration of the jumpscare.
Fact # 10 : Golden Freddy

Golden Freddy (referred to as Yellow Bear in the first game's files) is one of the five antagonists and a special animatronic in Five Nights at Freddy's.
He is a secret, golden colored version of Freddy Fazbear who appears in The Office after a certain sequence of events are triggered.Golden Freddy appears to be a yellow colored variation of Freddy Fazbear with missing eyes. His hat and bow tie appear to be tinted dark blue, as opposed to Freddy's black ones though this may be the result of lighting. Upon closer inspection, a microphone can be seen lying on his right palm, as well as two pinprick white dot-like pupils within his otherwise empty eye sockets. His paws are facing palms up. It is also possible that there is an endoskeleton in the suit. If one looks at the arms, a few wires and parts of the endoskeleton are visible, which share the same coloration as his accessories. His jaw hangs open and his head is tilted to the right. He is also presented in a sitting, slouched position as if he were deceased.
When checking CAM 2B, the player will see a poster on the wall. It can switch between three different versions: a normal picture of Freddy, a distorted version (in which he appears to rip off his own head), or a close-up of Golden Freddy's face. While this picture of him is being viewed, a young girl's laugh can be heard.
If the player sees the Golden Freddy poster and then switches back to The Office, Golden Freddy will be waiting for them. His appearance causes different images to flash on the screen for split seconds, along with the words "IT'S ME". Golden Freddy will wait idly for few seconds before killing the night guard, forcibly closing the game.
Unlike all of the other animatronics in the game, Golden Freddy does not give any indication of approach or arrival within The Office. He completely disregards the doors, appearing whether they are open or closed. Unlike the other animatronics, the screen will be covered by a static image of Golden Freddy's face upon attack, akin to the images that flash during Mike Schmidt's hallucinations.
The moment the player sees him, the player must bring up the Monitor before Golden Freddy kills the night guard. Doing so will cause him to disappear, thus preventing death and a game shutdown.

Theories :

  • There is a common theory that Mike Schmidt may be hallucinating Golden Freddy, as Golden Freddy only appears if the player glances at said poster and returns to normal view. This is also emphasized by Golden Freddy not being a part of the Custom Night's A.I. Customization. Also, Golden Freddy seems to have handprints on his face similar to the ones on Freddy's face, further supporting the idea that it may be a hallucination of Freddy. Furthermore, when he appears in The Office, there is no reflection of him in the monitor screens, like there normally are when any animatronic is in The Office. Plus, when the player is jumpscared by Golden Freddy, the game does not show a game over screen; it simply closes.
    • However this can be disproved by the fact that Golden Freddy's jumpscare audio is heard on the phone calls of Nights 4 and 5, along with a robotic voice, which plays when Golden Freddy is in The Office. Additionally, Golden Freddy probably doesn't appear on the A.I. Customization because he appears dependent on the player's actions, similar to The Puppet from the second game.
  • Golden Freddy has no reflection on the monitor screens, this could mean Golden Freddy is a ghost or an apparition of Freddy, rather than a hallucination. Golden Freddy also vanishes only to reappear time and time again in a night rarely. He is also capable of appearing on a poster and making hallucinations increase, which a ghost has the ability to do. Golden Freddy also has dark blue smoke around his upper body, and a foggy appearance when he appeared in the second game.
  • Some speculate that Golden Freddy killed Phone Guy since his jumpscare audio is heard in the phone calls of Nights 4 and 5.
  • There is a theory that states Golden Freddy is actually Fredbear from the first restaurant, Fredbear's Family Diner, which is mentioned in the second game, and possibly in the Fourth game.
  • It is possible that the endoskeleton in the Backstage might be Golden Freddy's though it may also just be another spare endoskeleton.
  • It is possible that Golden Freddy is the suit used during The Missing Children Incident. This would explain his lifeless behavior, due to him being a costume with no person or endoskeleton in it.
  • It is also possible that the Kitchen is Golden Freddy's starting location since the player can never see into this room. However, Cheat Mode in the mobile version may debunk this as Golden Freddy isn't shown in the Kitchen, but this may be just to compliment his mysterious nature. However, it is unknown why the company would put an empty suit or animatronic in the Kitchen, but if Golden Freddy is indeed in the Kitchen this is most likely in line with the theory that Golden Freddy is a hallucination.
  • Golden Freddy has also been speculated to be Phantom Freddy.

Top Biggest Things in the Space

Top Biggest Things in the Space

Biggest things in the Universe

Standing next to the pyramids, one cannot help but marvel at their size. The Burj Dubai, standing over a half mile tall, is equally stunning as it rises into the clouds. Towering above them both is the monstrous, and often deadly, Mt. Everest.
Yet, compared to some of the things that exist in our universe, they are absolutely microscopic. Today, we will explore the largest things in the universe based on their relative sizes.

11. Largest Asteroid

Ceres is the largest asteroid we’ve discovered so far. It contains 1/3rd the mass of the entire asteroid belt and is almost 600 miles in diameter. It’s about the size of California and is massive enough that its own gravity forces it into a spherical shape. It’s so large that it also has earned the title of ‘Dwarf Planet’. It’s the only object in the asteroid belt big enough to earn the designation.

10. Largest Planet

TRES4
Located in the constellation Hercules, planet TRES4 is 70% larger than Jupiter in diameter, but has only 80% of Jupiter’s mass. Because of how close it orbits to its sun, it is thought that the intense heat expand the gasses that make up this planet, resulting in an almost ‘marshmallow-like’ density. It holds the title of the largest planet we’ve discovered so far.
Update: Science is never finished. Since this list was compiled, observations of an exoplanet called WASP-17b suggest that it is even bigger than TRES4. Despite its radius being twice that of Jupiter’s, it only has half the mass. This makes it even “fluffier” than TRES4.

9. Largest Star

UY Scuti - Largest Known Star
VY Canis Majoris is the largest star (in diameter) that we know of. It’s in a class of star known as Red Hyper Giants. It’s 1,420 times the sun’s radius and would take the world’s fastest race car 2,600 years to circle it once. If you replaced our Sun with VY Canis Majoris, its surface would extend out beyond Saturn. (see picture to the right for comparison to our own sun).
Update: In 2013, NML Cygni was verified as the largest known star. It’s a whopping 1,650 times our sun’s radius. That is so large; it would take a beam of light 6 hours and 40 minutes to circle it once.
2nd Update: Science continues to astound us! Now beating out NML Cygni, UY Scuti is the leading candidate for the largest star ever discovered. At 1,708 times our suns radius, if the earth was the size of a basketball, UY Scuti would be 125,000 feet tall!

8. Largest Black Hole

Black Hole at the center of NGC1277Black holes are not physically large regions of space. But when you include their mass, they are among the top competitors for the largest things in the universe. And quasar OJ287 is the largest black hole we’ve spotted.< It’s estimated to be 18 billion times the mass of our sun and is a supermassive black hole located in the center of a galaxy. To put that in perspective, it’s an object larger than our entire solar system. Just how big can a black hole get? According to scientists, there is no theoretical upper limit.
Update: 11/28/2012 – Science never fails to keep impressing us with its newest discoveries. Researchers at the University of Texas, using the Hobby-Eberly Telescope, have discovered what they claim to be the largest supermassive black hole yet. The black hole, a whopping 17 billion solar masses, resides at the center of galaxy NGC 1277. That is so huge, it accounts for 14% of the entire galaxy’s mass. The event horizon is 11x the diameter of Neptune’s orbit around our sun – that’s a radius of over 300 AU.

7. Largest Galaxy

IC1101 Galaxy

A super galaxy is a galaxy that has merged with many others and they sit in the middle of galaxy clusters. The largest that we’ve discovered so far is the IC1101 super galaxy. It is 6 million light years across. Compare that to the Milky Way which is a mere 100 thousand light years across. IC1101 is a staggering 60 times larger than our own.

6. Radio Lobes

radio lobes

Radio lobes are powered by the accretion disk of supermassive black holes. These supermassive black holes can be found at the center of most galaxies. As material gets consumed by a black hole, some energy and matter is flung away at high speeds which occur at the poles of black holes.
These emissions are in the form of radio energy jets which can be seen with a radio telescope. The largest is located in the galaxy is 3C236 which is located in the constellation Leo Minor. Its jets span 40 million light years across. The jets from end to end are by far larger than any galaxy.

5. Lyman Alpha Blobs

lymen Blob

These blobs are a very short lived phase of the birth of galaxy clusters. They are amorphous objects filled with gas that haven’t fully coalesced and are not bound or set gravitationally yet. As these blobs age, they will condense and eventually form giant collections of galaxies.
Lyman Alpha blobs resemble amoebas or jellyfish in shape. The largest one that we have spotted is 200 million light years wide and is located in the constellation Aquarius.

4. The Boötes Void

the void

Galaxies usually reside in clusters. Even our own Milky Way does. These clusters are lightly gravitationally bound and expanding along with space/time itself in groups.
But what about the areas where they don’t reside? Enter the Boötes Void. This region of “nothingness” is a whopping 250 million light years across. That’s 2,500 milky way galaxies placed side by side. Voids are like holes in our universe, and the Boötes Void is the largest.

3. Shapley Super Cluster

shapley Galaxy

The Shapley supercluster is a collection of galaxies some 400+ million light years long. Our own Milky Way galaxy is roughly 4,000 times smaller. The supercluster is so big, that our fastest spacecraft would spend trillions of years trying to cross it.
It is the most massive gravitationally bound object that we currently know of. Being gravitationally bound means that as the universe continues to expand, the gravity between the galaxies in this cluster are strong enough overcome that expansion, keeping them together forever.

2. The Huge-LQG

The Huge Large Quasar GroupDiscovered in January of 2013, the Huge-LGQ (Huge Large Quasar Group) is said to be the largest structure in the universe. The Huge-LQG is a collection of 73 confirmed quasars (a quasar is a very energetic galaxy). Astronomers discovered that the group of gravitationally bound quasars is so large that it would take over 4 billion years to traverse from end to end – while traveling at light speed.
It’s so big, that its very existence puts it at odds with Einstein’s Cosmological Principle. The cosmological principle says that, when looking at the universe from a large enough scale, it should look the exact same no matter where you are observing from, or where you look. The Huge-LGQ throws a wrench into that assumption. Researchers are understandably fascinated by the discovery and are eager to continue their investigations.

1. The Cosmic Web

cosmic web

Most astronomers agree that the biggest thing in the universe is the cosmic web. It’s an endless scaffolding of galaxy clusters surrounded by dark matter and resembles a three dimensional spiderweb. Clusters of galaxies and dark matter make up “hubs” and filaments of galaxies connect these hubs producing a web like appearance. (see side picture)
How big is the web? If the Milky Way galaxy was a poppy seed, then the cosmic web of the observable universe would be the size of the Rose Bowl stadium.

Unsolved Mysteries - The Dyatlov Pass

Unsolved Mysteries - The Dyatlov Pass

Source Thumbnail : LEMMiNO ( YT Channel )

Fact #1 : The Dyatlov Pass Incident refers to the event in which 9 out of 10 mountain hikers lost their lives on February 2, 1959. The incident happened at night on Kholat Syakhl’s eastern side.Ever since the event, the mountain pass where this tragedy happened has been called as Dyatlov Pass after the name of Igor Dyatlov who was the leader of the group during the hiking expedition. The group wanted to reach the Otorten Mountain which is located 10 kilometers to the north of Dyatlov Pass. The route taken by the hikers was categorized as Class III during February. Class III means ‘MOST DIFFICULT’.

Fact #2 : The 10 members who embarked on this journey were highly experienced hikers with long ski tour experiences. The group consisted of the following members:
  • Igor Alekseievich Dyatlov
  • Yuri Nikolaievich Doroshenko
  • Lyudmila Alexandrovna Dubinina
  • Yuri Alexeievich Krivonischenko
  • Alexander Sergeievich Kolevatov
  • Zinaida Alekseevna Kolmogorova
  • Rustem Vladimirovich Slobodin
  • Nicolai Vladimirovich Thibeaux-Brignolles
  • Semyon Alexandrovich Zolotariov
  • Yuri Yefimovich Yudin
Fact #3 : Two out of these 10 members were females and most of them were from Ural Polytechnical Institute. The group started their journey in January and reached Ivdel city by train on January 25. From there they reached Vizhai by a truck on January 27. Vizhai was the last inhabited area to the north of the province Sverdlovsk Oblast.

Fact #4 : On January 28, Yuri Yefimovich Yudin had to return back because he was feeling sick. The rest of the 9 members continued with their journey. The group arrived at a highland area’s edge on January 31. They prepped up for climbing and in a wooden valley, they stashed some surplus equipment and food with the intention of using the same during their return journey.\

Fact #5 : On February 1st, the group started moving through the pass. They possibly had the intentions of making over to the other side of the pass and camp for the night. However, they ended up losing direction and moved west because terrible weather conditions and near-zero visibility. As they lost direction, they moved up towards Kholat Syakhl (which translates into ‘Dead Mountain’).

Fact #6 : Search and Discovery
Before leaving, Dyatlov had agreed he would send a telegram to their sports club as soon as the group returned to Vizhai. It was expected that this would happen no later than February 12, but Dyatlov had told Yudin, before his departure from the group, that he expected to be longer. When the 12th passed and no messages had been received, there was no immediate reaction, as delays of a few days were common with such expeditions. It was not until the relatives of the travelers demanded a rescue operation on February 20 that the head of the institute sent the first rescue groups, consisting of volunteer students and teachers.Later, the army and militsiya forces became involved, with planes and helicopters being ordered to join the rescue operation.
On February 26, the searchers found the group's abandoned and badly damaged tent on Kholat Syakhl. The campsite baffled the search party. Mikhail Sharavin, the student who found the tent, said "the tent was half torn down and covered with snow. It was empty, and all the group's belongings and shoes had been left behind." Investigators said the tent had been cut open from inside. Eight or nine sets of footprints, left by people who were wearing only socks, a single shoe or were even barefoot, could be followed, leading down toward the edge of a nearby woods, on the opposite side of the pass, 1.5 kilometres (0.93 mi) to the north-east. However, after 500 metres (1,600 ft) these tracks were covered with snow. At the forest's edge, under a large cedar, the searchers found the visible remains of a small fire, along with the first two bodies, those of Krivonischenko and Doroshenko, shoeless and dressed only in their underwear. The branches on the tree were broken up to five metres high, suggesting that one of the skiers had climbed up to look for something, perhaps the camp. Between the cedar and the camp the searchers found three more corpses: Dyatlov, Kolmogorova and Slobodin, who seemed to have died in poses suggesting that they were attempting to return to the tent. They were found separately at distances of 300, 480 and 630 metres from the tree.
Searching for the remaining four travelers took more than two months. They were finally found on May 4 under four metres of snow in a ravine 75 metres farther into the woods from the cedar tree. These four were better dressed than the others, and there were signs that those who had died first had apparently relinquished their clothes to the others. Zolotariov was wearing Dubinina's faux fur coat and hat, while Dubinina's foot was wrapped in a piece of Krivonishenko's wool pants.
Another notable find besides the four remaining hikers was a camera around Zolotariov's neck. The camera was not reported as having been part of the equipment. Also, the film in the camera was reported to have been damaged by water.

Fact #7 : Investigation
A legal inquest started immediately after finding the first five bodies. A medical examination found no injuries which might have led to their deaths, and it was eventually concluded that they had all died of hypothermia. Slobodin had a small crack in his skull, but it was not thought to be a fatal wound.
An examination of the four bodies which were found in May shifted the narrative as to what had occurred during the incident. Three of the ski hikers had fatal injuries: Thibeaux-Brignolles had major skull damage, and both Dubinina and Zolotarev had major chest fractures. According to Dr. Boris Vozrozhdenny, the force required to cause such damage would have been extremely high, comparing it to the force of a car crash. Notably, the bodies had no external wounds related to the bone fractures, as if they had been subjected to a high level of pressure. However, major external injuries were found on Dubinina, who was missing her tongue, eyes, part of the lips, as well as facial tissue and a fragment of skullbone , she also had extensive skin maceration on the hands. It was claimed that Dubinina was found lying face down in a small stream that ran under the snow and that her external injuries were in line with putrefaction in a wet environment, and were unlikely to be related to her death.
There was initial speculation that the indigenous Mansi people might have attacked and murdered the group for encroaching upon their lands, but investigation indicated that the nature of their deaths did not support this hypothesis; the hikers' footprints alone were visible, and they showed no sign of hand-to-hand struggle.Although the temperature was very low, around −25 to −30 °C (−13 to −22 °F) with a storm blowing, the dead were only partially dressed. Some of them had only one shoe, while others had no shoes or wore only socks. Some were found wrapped in snips of ripped clothes that seemed to have been cut from those who were already dead.

Fact #8 : Aftermath
In 1967, Sverdlovsk writer and journalist Yuri Yarovoi (Russian: Юрий Яровой) published the novel Of the Highest Degree of Complexity, inspired by the incident. Yarovoi had been involved in the search for Dyatlov's group and at the inquest as an official photographer during both the search and the initial stage of the investigation, and so had insight into the events. The book was written during the Soviet era when details of the accident were kept secret and Yarovoi avoided revealing anything beyond the official position and well-known facts. The book romanticized the accident and had a much more optimistic end than the real events – only the group leader was found deceased. Yarovoi's colleagues say that he had alternative versions of the novel, but both were declined because of censorship. Since Yarovoi's death in 1980, all his archives, including photos, diaries and manuscripts, have been lost.
Anatoly Gushchin (Russian: Анатолий Гущин) summarized his research in the book The Price of State Secrets Is Nine Lives (Цена гостайны – девять жизней).Some researchers criticized the novel due to its concentration on the speculative theory of a Soviet secret weapon experiment, but its publication led to public discussion, stimulated by interest in the paranormal. Indeed, many of those who had remained silent for thirty years reported new facts about the accident. One of them was the former police officer, Lev Ivanov (Лев Иванов), who led the official inquest in 1959. In 1990, he published an article which included his admission that the investigation team had no rational explanation for the accident. He also stated that, after his team reported that they had seen flying spheres, he then received direct orders from high-ranking regional officials to dismiss this claim. In 2000, a regional television company produced the documentary film The Mystery of Dyatlov Pass (Тайна перевала Дятлова). With the help of the film crew, a Yekaterinburg writer, Anna Matveyeva (Russian: Анна Матвеева), published a fiction/documentary novella of the same name.A large part of the book includes broad quotations from the official case, diaries of victims, interviews with searchers and other documentaries collected by the film-makers. The narrative line of the book details the everyday life and thoughts of a modern woman (an alter ego of the author herself) who attempts to resolve the case.
Despite its fictional narrative, Matveyeva's book remains the largest source of documentary materials ever made available to the public regarding the incident. In addition, the pages of the case files and other documentaries (in photocopies and transcripts) are gradually being published on a web forum for enthusiastic researchers.A Dyatlov Foundation was founded in Yekaterinburg, with the help of Ural State Technical University, led by Yuri Kuntsevitch (Юрий Кунцевич). The foundation's stated aim is to convince current Russian officials to reopen the investigation of the case and to maintain the Dyatlov Museum to preserve the memory of the dead hikers.

Explanations [Fact 9-10]

Fact #9 : Avalanche

The theory that an avalanche caused the hikers' deaths, while initially popular, has since been questioned. Reviewing the sensationalist "Yeti" hypothesis (see below), American skeptic author Benjamin Radford suggests as more plausible;
"that the group woke up in a panic (...) and cut their way out the tent either because an avalanche had covered the entrance to their tent or because they were scared that an avalanche was imminent (...) (better to have a potentially repairable slit in a tent than risk being buried alive in it under tons of snow). They were poorly clothed because they had been sleeping, and ran to the safety of the nearby woods where trees would help slow oncoming snow. In the darkness of night they got separated into two or three groups; one group made a fire (hence the burned hands) while the others tried to return to the tent to recover their clothing, since the danger had apparently passed. But it was too cold, and they all froze to death before they could locate their tent in the darkness. At some point some of the clothes may have been recovered or swapped from the dead, but at any rate the group of four whose bodies were most severely damaged were caught in an avalanche and buried under 13 feet of snow (more than enough to account for the 'compelling natural force' the medical examiner described). Dubinina's tongue was likely removed by scavengers and ordinary predation."
However, contrary to what Radford states, this is very unlikely, and evidence contradicting the avalanche theory includes:
  • The location of the incident did not have any obvious signs of an avalanche having taken place. An avalanche would have left certain patterns and debris distributed over a wide area. The bodies found within ten days of the event were covered with a very shallow layer of snow and, had there been an avalanche of sufficient strength to sweep away the second party, these bodies would have been swept away as well; this would have caused more serious and different injuries in the process and would have damaged the tree line.
  • Over a hundred expeditions to the region were held since the incident, and none of them ever reported conditions that might create an avalanche. A study of the area using up-to-date terrain-related physics revealed that the location was entirely unlikely for such an avalanche to have occurred. The "dangerous conditions" found in another nearby area (which had significantly steeper slopes and cornices) were observed in April and May when the snowfalls of winter were melting. During February, when the incident occurred, there were no such conditions.
  • An analysis of the terrain, the slope and the incline indicates that even if there could have been a very specific avalanche that circumvents the other criticisms, its trajectory would have bypassed the tent. It had collapsed laterally but not horizontally.
  • Dyatlov was an experienced skier and the much older Alexander Zolotarev was studying for his Masters Certificate in ski instruction and mountain hiking. Neither of these two men would have been likely to camp anywhere in the path of a possible avalanche.
Fact #10 : Cryptozoological explanation

In search of an even more natural explanation, it has become increasingly common that the Dyatlov incident has been attributed to a fear and attack of an unknown animal. While a bear has been suggested and ruled out, the suggestion of the large yet-to-be-found hominid known as a Yeti or Abominable Snowman (reported throughout Asia, Europe, and North America, with similar sightings occurring on various other locations in the world) has been the most common. It is generally admitted that if there is any location where such a (presumably intelligent and well-adapted) creature could remain undetected, it would probably or possibly be in the remote wilderness of Russia.
The 2014 Discovery Channel special Russian Yeti: The Killer Lives explored the cryptozoological theory that the Dyatlov group was killed by a Russian Yeti, commonly referred to by the local Mansi people as "the forest giant" or "Menk". To further this theory they look at a wide range of evidence including the increasing number of sightings (including at least 5,000 documented so far), photographic evidence, hair samples, nesting sites, as well as casts of footprints of Yetis in Russia (and Asia in general), especially around the location where the students lost their lives. They also present photographic evidence of a humanoid figure and documents referring to snowmen, among other things. It is continually argued that if there was anything in the remote wilderness that could cause such fear as well as great harm to the students' bodies it would be the superhuman strength of this undiscovered giant primate. They also point to a note written by the students and found within the trashed tent stating "We now know snowmen exists." The show also featured interviews of people who investigated the camp site and observed such large and strange footprints close by the tent, but were noted as to having been ignored.
Writer and skeptic, Benjamin Radford, wrote on the Doubtful News website that "Russian Yeti" begins with the premise that the injuries sustained by the skiers were so grave and extraordinary that they could only have been inflicted by an inhumanly strong creature." The show focuses on Ludmila Dubinina's missing tongue and claims that something must have "ripped it out" of her. However, Radford states,
"As it happens a tongue-eating Yeti (…) is by far the least likely explanation. The 'missing parts' aspect of this case is a familiar one to skeptics, and has been invoked in countless other 'unsolved' mysteries including the chupacabra, cattle mutilations, Satanic animal sacrifices, and aliens. Typically a mystery is mongered by those unfamiliar with—or who intentionally ignore—ordinary predation and decomposition. Lots of animals both big and small scavenge on the soft parts of dead bodies. Another possibility is that Dubinina was caught in an avalanche and the force of the snow and rocks caused her tongue to be bitten off as she yelled and tumbled down the ravine where she was eventually found."
He also thought the show:
"would have us believe that the nine skiers had an encounter with a Yeti, which they not only saw and photographed but stalked them. And yet none of the skiers mentioned anything else about the Yeti, or their shock at having photographed the creature. In fact, if [..] to be believed, their encounter with a Yeti was such an insignificant event that they didn't mention it at all in their journals, and continued their journey uninterrupted."
The episode admits it found no real evidence to prove that the Yeti exists, although it did also state that sightings of these animals are becoming increasingly more frequent and common. Similar sightings of large humanoids in forests and mountains have also been on the increase along the Scandinavian Peninsula as well as the adjacent Russian Kola Peninsula.

Well... That's it , some creepy facts I've founded , Hope You guys enjoy... aaaaand PEACE

Fact #1 : If you put Saturn in water it would float
The density of Saturn is so low that if you were to put it in a giant glass of water it would float. The actual density of Saturn is 0.687 g/cm3 while the density of water is 0.998 g/cm3. At the equator Saturn has a radius of 60,268 ± 4 km – which means you would need an extremely large glass of water to test this out.

Fact #2 : We are moving through space at the rate of 530km a second
Our Galaxy – the Milky Way is spinning at a rate of 225 kilometers per second. In addition, the galaxy is travelling through space at the rate of 305 kilometers per second. This means that we are traveling at a total speed of 530 kilometers (330 miles) per second. That means that in one minute you are about 19 thousand kilometers away from where you were. Scientists do not all agree on the speed with which the Milky Way is travelling – estimates range from 130 – 1,000 km/s. It should be said that Einstein’s theory of relativity, the velocity of any object through space is not meaningful.

Fact #3 : Uranus was originally called George’s Star
When Sir William Herschel discovered Uranus in 1781, he was given the honor of naming it. He chose to name it Georgium Sidus (George’s Star) after his new patron, King George III (Mad King George). This is what he said:
"In the fabulous ages of ancient times the appellations of Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter and Saturn were given to the Planets, as being the names of their principal heroes and divinities. In the present more philosophical era it would hardly be allowable to have recourse to the same method and call it Juno, Pallas, Apollo or Minerva, for a name to our new heavenly body. The first consideration of any particular event, or remarkable incident, seems to be its chronology: if in any future age it should be asked, when this last-found Planet was discovered? It would be a very satisfactory answer to say, ‘In the reign of King George the Third."
Uranus was also the first planet to be discovered with the use of a telescope. Yo George ... What's up? xD

Fact #4 : If two pieces of metal touch in space, they become permanently stuck together This may sound unbelievable, but it is true. Two pieces of metal without any coating on them will form in to one piece in the vacuum of space. This doesn’t happen on earth because the atmosphere puts a layer of oxidized material between the surfaces. This might seem like it would be a big problem on the space station but as most tools used there have come from earth, they are already coated with material. In fact, the only evidence of this seen so far has been in experiments designed to provoke the reaction. This process is called cold welding.

Fact #5 : The hottest planet in our solar system is Venus. Most people often think that it would be Mercury, as it’s the closest planet to the sun. This is because Venus has a lot of gasses in its atmosphere, which causes the “Greenhouse Effect”.

Fact #6 : Neutron stars can spin at a rate of 600 rotations per second.Neutron stars are one of the possible evolutionary end-points of high mass stars. They're born in a core-collapse supernova star explosion and subsequently rotate extremely rapidly as a consequence of their physics. Neutron stars can rotate up to 60 times per second after born. Under special circumstances, this rate can increase to more than 600 times per second.

Fact #7 : The whole space is completely silent.Sound waves need a medium to travel through. Since there is no atmosphere in space, space will always be eerily silent. You may be asking how astronauts can talk to each other in space. Lucky for them, radio waves can travel through space. No problem there, Houston.

Fact #8 : There is an uncountable number of stars in the known universe.
We basically have no idea how many stars there are in the universe. Right now we use our estimate of how many stars there are in our own galaxy, the Milky Way. We then multiply that number by the best guesstimate of the number of galaxies in the universe. After all that math, NASA can only confidently say that say there all zillions of uncountable stars. A zillion is any uncountable amount. An Australian National University study put their estimate at 70 sextillion. Put another way, that's 70,000 million million million. That is a lot of millions. This figure is basically a guess, though.

Fact #9 : 99% of our solar system's mass is the sun.Wow... I can't believe that , But that's fact , right? allright moving on.Our star, the Sun, is so dense that it accounts for a whopping 99% of our entire solar system. That's what it allows it to dominate it gravitationally. Technically, our Sun is a "G-type main-sequence star" which means that every second, it fuses approximately 600 million tons of hydrogen to helium. This means that it also converts about 4 million tons of matter to energy as a byproduct.
Being the type of star that the Sun is, it also means that when it dies, it will become a red giant and envelop the earth and everything on it. But don't worry: That won't happen for another 5 billion years.

Fact #10 : the Sun is actually white, not yellow.Surprised? The reason the Sun looks yellow to us on Earth is that our atmosphere scatters light from the Sun; so the apparent color of the sun changes.  This same scattering effect is why the sky looks blue in the day time instead of black, like at night.Specifically, what is going on here is the Earth’s atmosphere scatters light in the blue and violet wavelength range, so the remaining wavelengths of light appear yellow.  This same effect is why the sky will also often appear yellow when the Sun is disappearing over the horizon, as well as why the sky/Sun can appear more red at times during this phase of the day.As the sun is setting, more of the shorter wavelength blue is being scattered because of the decreased angle of the sun relative to you; thus the light has to pass through more atmosphere to get to you.  This increased diffusion results in less of the blue wavelength being visible to you and thus what remains appears yellow.  Similarly, if it is dusty or there are a lot of other larger particles in the air, this will filter out larger wavelengths, resulting in a red sky and red sun.
